• Is it possible to get a room in the medieval tower?
            Unfortunately not, the tower interior is made up of a small museum and ancient             Roman baths, there are no guestrooms.

• Do any of the rooms have cooking facilities?
            Unfortunately not.

• Do you offer last minute deals?
            Yes, we do, check the Hotel Brunelleschi Online Booking page.

• What’s the cancellation policy?
            You may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before your expected arrival day free             of charge. After this point there is a charge of the first night of your booking.

• Why do you take my credit card details when I book?
            Just for security – we won’t charge your card unless you don’t show up.                         Normally guests pay for everything when they check out.

• Do all the rooms have international Satellite Television?
            Yes, they do.

• Do all the rooms have internet access?
            Not all of them, no. Public areas of the hotel are covered by a wireless                         connection however. If you require a room with an ADSL socket please leave a             request in the comments box when booking.

• Is breakfast included?
            Yes it is, when you book online.

• Do we pay the bill on arrival or departure?
            As you prefer.

• Is the hotel far from the centre?
            Hotel Brunelleschi is seconds away from the Duomo.

            We have a small workout room with views of the Florence skyline.

            Yes we do, Restaurant Santa Elisabetta is large enough to cater for a full hotel             and serves a choice selection of Italian and international dishes for lunch and             dinner.

            We have 23 singles, 64 twins or doubles, 7 junior suites and 2 executive suites.

• Do you have facilities for disabled guests?
            Yes we do. All floors are served by lifts and special rooms with disabled                         bathrooms are available upon request when booking.

There isn’t a taxi driver in the city who doesn’t know where we are but if you’d prefer to have transport all organised before you step foot in Florence we’ll be happy to arrange an airport transfer for you when you book online.
