Since summer 2011 the Santa Elisabetta restaurant has offered a new choice the Osteria della Pagliazza a Tuscan cookery corner completing a food panorama conceived for every taste and to bring out the Tuscan flavours. Right on the ground floor of the Hotel Brunelleschi, the Osteria in Florence boasts a rich menu where our territory products are enhanced.

The main character of this typical restaurant in Florence centre is the best cooking and lovely flavours of our region, one of the most renowned in Italy, with tasty dishes, from delicious tomatoes mush with garlic, fragrant basil and seasoned sheep cheese milk, to Florentine carabaccia; to “peposo”, the typical Tuscan stew with potatoes, to rabbit in porchetta and fiasco beans, up to the typical and ever-present panzanelle, different cheeses and savory cold cuts.

Besides the most famous and well-known recipes reported in the annals of the city’s history, the Osteria in Florence centre offers an exclusive and breathtaking location in the same bulding of the hotel. During the long  warm season, you will enjoy your meals at one of our al fresco tables located in the charming square out the hotel near the centre.
