From what time is the room available on the day of arrival and at what time should it be vacated on departure day?
For customers in arrival rooms are available starting at 2 p.m. On the day of departure the room must be vacated by noon. There is available, however, luggage storage for guests arriving before or intending to leave Florence later.

Is breakfast included?
Please check the notes of your booking to find out whether breakfast is included or not. For further information visit our Breakfast section in the Restaurants menu.

Does the Hotel have a Bar?
Our Tower Lounge Bar is sited on the ground floor, adjacent to the Osteria Pagliazza and it is open daily from 11.30 a.m. to midnight. For further information visit our Tower Bar section in the Restaurants menu.

Does the Hotel also feature a roofed restaurant?
The Hotel has two restaurants: Santa Elisabetta, exclusively with a gourmet kitchen, and Osteria Pagliazza, in an intimate atmosphere with traditional Tuscan cuisine. Reservations are required in both cases. For further information visit our Restaurants section.

Does the Hotel have a gym?
The Hotel has a gym complete with the latest equipment. The gym is located on the 1st floor and is open every day from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Use of the gym is reserved for hotel guests and is free. For further information visit our Fitness Area.

Are rooms accessible to people with disabilities?
The hotel has lifts and ramps which allow access to fitted rooms and to all common areas (except for the S. Elisabetta restaurant). Some rooms are besides available for those needing to use a wheelchair. We invite you, however, to request this kind of room when making your booking.

Does the Hotel have a Concierge service?
The Concierge service is available to help you plan your stay and make it more comfortable: general information, bookings for museums, restaurants, theatres, car rental with or without a driver, bicycle hire, baby sitting and many other services can be arranged at client’s request. Is there a safe in the rooms?
All rooms have an electronic safe installed which is safeguarded by a numerical code and fitted with a current socket for laptop power.

Does the Hotel have a laundry service?
A laundry and dry cleaning service is available from Monday to Saturday (holidays excluded). Clothing delivered by 09.30 a.m. are returned after 8 p.m. on the same day. A four-hour fast service is also provided, where clothes can be called for by 9.30 a.m. An ironing service is available every day from 9 a.m. at 8 p.m.

Does the Hotel feature an internet connection?
The Hotel has a wi-fi connection throughout the hotel or by cable (provided) inside rooms. Internet usage is chargeable. Purchased time sections are continuous and valid for a single device. Rates and packages are available that include unlimited usage of the internet connection. For further information visit our Free Internet section in the Services menu.

Does the Hotel have a parking lot?
The Hotel has an agreement with a garage offering a car collection and return service.
The garage is open on Friday and Saturday from 7.00 to 22.30 and from Sunday to Thursday from 7.00 to 20.30.
The cost is 44 € per day.
On the day of departure, the car may be left in the garage until 7 p.m. without any additional cost.

Can I reach the hotel by car?
You can arrive by car directly in front of the hotel. Our garage will take care to park your car.

Should I register my licence plate beforehand or only when I arrive?
The licence plate will be registered by our garage upon arrival at the hotel.

Is a baby-sitting service available?
Babysitting is available on request.

Are pets allowed?
Small pets are allowed in rooms without additional payment. Otherwise pets cannot be brought into the breakfast room and in the restaurants. If so requested it would be possible to arrange a dog-sitting service.

Where can I find an adapter?
All rooms have a power strip where most plugs can be fitted. Should you need anything different the Concierge will help you find a solution.

Where is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is the main station of Santa Maria Novella (SMN) which is about 15 minutes walk, 5 minutes by taxi.

Where is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is the Amerigo Vespucci at Peretola. It takes some 20 minutes by taxi to reach our hotel.

Are there any smoking rooms?
The hotel public areas are all no smoking, as provided for in rules of the Italian Republic; as for rooms, please contact our Reservations Office for specific requests at or phone: +39 05527370.
