Hotel Florence city center, be right in the heart of town
An incredible location for our Hotel in Florence city center: the ancient Tower of Pagliazza, one of the oldest buildings still existing in Florence and the former Chiesa di San Michele, called “in Palchetto”, where today are located the entrance and reception of the hotel.
The spaces have been kept unchanged and enriched by various works of art by local antiques of great value and beauty. The Hotel Brunelleschi, a boutique hotel in Florence listed in the register of Florentine historical edifices, is mentioned in the final of the Dan Brown’s Da Vinci Code and, twice, in the thriller novel Inferno, both have as protagonist the famous Professor Robert Langdon, an international expert of religious symbolism.
The hotel is situated in the city center, a few steps from the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio, surrounded by the main shopping streets.
The hotel is 6 km/4,66 miles far away from the Florence Airport Amerigo Vespucci. The central railway station of S. Maria Novella is easily reachable on foot in 5 minutes.
If you arrive by car, please note that the historic hotel is placed in an area with a limited traffic.
