The coffee was love at first sight. I started working when I was 16 in a coffee shop downtown. For 10 years I run a bar with my father. I always loved the coffee! Its aroma gives unique feelings and gives you a positive charge to start the day. I always hope that coffee can help give people the right energy to make special every day of our guests, whether they are in town on vacation or for work.

At the Brunelleschi and also in other places where I worked I have always run the cafeteria. I love staying at the coffee machine and I am very jealous of it. I just cannot stay away. I yield it to my colleagues once a week on my day off.

I am at the Brunelleschi for about 6 years. I really like working here mainly because the attention to detail and quality of service are never left to chance. We serve our guests a cappuccino made with the heart, with the desire to know how much we care about their well-being at the hotel.
The success of the cappuccino with an heart on the froth is in getting in it the passion…and not just in the cappuccino but in everything we do during our days.
