The Lorenzo de’ Medici Cooking School is located within the extraordinary setting of the Florence Central Market, a stone’s throw from the Basilica of San Lorenzo. On the ground floor you will find the ancient covered agri-food market that hosts the best local producers and on the second floor, in an area of 3,000 square meters you will find an innovative food court dedicated to street food with 500 seats, 12 stores but also a restaurant, pizzeria, brewery, cafeteria, bookstore and the cooking school itself.

The school organizes cooking classes dedicated to experts but also to novice enthusiasts.
The Lorenzo de’ Medici Cooking School is air-conditioned and has stations for participants equipped with innovative and technological equipment by Arclinea, induction stoves and complete accessories available to each participant, professional performance appliances by Franke.

The class is allowed to all persons 14 years of age or older and includes the cooking lesson, ingredients, tasting with a glass of wine, water, an apron with the Lorenzo de’ Medici Cooking School logo, a folder with teaching materials, recipe, a certificate of participation and insurance for participants.
