The Fiera del Cioccolato comes back to Florence from 6 to 15 February 2015: it is the ideal event for all gourmands who can relax during this week of infinite sweetness. The manifestation, now in its 11th edition, will be held in Piazza Santa Maria Novella, near the railway station with the same name. What better occasion for a holiday in Florence? At the edition 2015 of the Fiera del Cioccolato in Florence many exhibitors from all over Europe will propose a wide assortment of chocolate products, to taste the many and varied nuances and different processes of a special food. There will be “chocolate lessons” held by the chocolatiers master, the “tasting school” to learn how to taste correctly the chocolate and as you can accompany other foods in the most imaginative combinations. And again: “kitchen chocolate” workshops, moments of fun and learning for children, events for schools, tastings or quizzolato.
