The chef Bertaccini was Ice Cream World Championship with the Italian national team at SIGEP (International Ice Cream, Pastry and Bakery) in 2009. The proposal includes three flavors of ice cream at a cost of 7.00 Euros per person. Every day you will find different flavors to try. We use only fresh product of high quality and, for this reason, the fruit flavors vary depending on the fruits available in season. To all this we add the love and passion of the chef and his staff in making a delicious handmade product. Every taste is combined with a culinary sweetness or a distillate directly selected by our maître Daniele Caldera, all to bring out the best flavor by the ice cream.
