Today we want to propose you an unmissable ice cream tasting in Florence, at the Tower Bar of the Hotel Brunelleschi in Piazza Santa Elisabetta, opened both the public and external guests. During summer, you can enjoy a break in the square and enjoy this cozy and quaint corner of the city. The hotel’s chef, Simone Bertaccini, has a real passion for ice cream, and he has become World Champion of gastronomic ice cream with the Italian national team at SIGEP 2009.

The chef’s proposal includes three flavours of ice cream at a cost of 7.00 euros per person. Each day you will find various flavours to taste prepared directly by the chef and his team at the hotel. The fruit flavours can vary depending on season and availability of fresh and high quality products. Each flavour is combined with a gastronomic sweetness or a distilled directly selected by our Maître Daniele Caldera, all to bring out the best the flavour of ice cream.
