International Handicrafts Trade Fair 2024 in Florence

It comes back in Florence, the largest international handicrafts trade fair from Thursday 25^th April to Wednesday 1^st May 2024 at the Fortezza da Basso, just a few meters away from Santa Maria Novella railway station, where artisans from all over the world will be happy to show you what their hands have created. It is the international exhibition and craft market now in its 88nd edition. It is divided into large thematic areas in which you can lose yourself distracted by the abundance of products. It is one of the most awaited events of the year in Florence, involving people of all ages. The Brunelleschi Hotel is located in the historical centre of Florence, at a short distance from the place of the event.

The fair was established in 1931 with a national character. Gaining immediately a great success, year after year the show became more extensive, bringing to 1952 where the show could declare internationally to all effects. In 1972 the exhibition enters today’s space: Fortezza da Basso.
