A tasty fall event at Ristorante Santa Elisabetta of the Hotel Brunelleschi: La Settimana del Tartufo and Prunotto (The Week of the Truffle and Prunotto) from Friday 9 to Friday 23, November 2012 in the beautiful Tower of Pagliazza in Piazza Santa Elisabetta, a few steps from the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. We want to surprise and delight you with a menu created by chef Simone Bertaccini and wine pairings by the maitre Daniel Caldera in cooperation with the farm Prunotto.
