Every weekend, Chef Rocco De Santis of the 1 Michelin Star Santa Elisabetta restaurant in Florence, offers exclusive menus paired with the best labels of Italian wineries, selected by the Room Manager Alessandro Fe.

These are special occasions to discover the highest quality combinations in a special context such as that of the Byzantine Tower of Pagliazza. The starred restaurant in Florence’s historic centre is, in fact, located in an ancient circular tower and it has only seven tables.

With the reopening of the restaurant after the renovation of the kitchen and cellar, new dates are scheduled for March, which will feature two important Italian wineries: Podere Poggio Scalette and Venica & Venica.

Limited edition menus are available on Friday and Saturday nights.

On Saturday 7 and 21 March and in preview on Friday 6 and 20 March, Chef De Santis’land proposal meets Podere Poggio Scalette wines.
