Multimedia exhibitions in Florence

Have you ever visited a multimedia museum in Florence?

There is a place in Florence where history, art and culture are told through multimedia exhibitions. It is the Auditorium of Santo Stefano al Ponte: a Church dated 1.100, today deconsecrated, a stone’s throw from Ponte Vecchio. Surely you will not find other museums of this type in Florence. This place is the right idea for those who are looking for new cultural experiences and for those who want to get involved by art and history, without running the risk of getting bored.

But the most interesting thing is that the exhibition space, opened in the morning and in the afternoon, it gives way to concerts and shows in the evening hours.

Until 2 November 2016 it will be possible attend/participate in Incredible Florence, an exhibition multimedia show spanning 2000 years of Florence history among 3D reconstructions, multiple projections of images, original parts filmed and magnificent sound effects.

A show lasting 45 minutes: 24 laser projectors transmit over 40 million of pixels on the 11 giant screens of the impressive and dramatic setting. Just think that on the central and larger screen, 10×13 m (130 sq. m.), you can enjoy the view with a resolution 6 times higher than a Full HD.
