Twentieth-century women protagonists in Florence, a journey through history
Twentieth-century women protagonists in Florence is based on the exposition of garments and accessories that belonged to personalities who through talent, skill and perseverance, have distinguished themselves and they do it again, in various fields of human activity. But it is also a work that aims to produce garments realized by the women themselves or leaders who have helped define the personality of a specific female figure. Twentieth-century women protagonists in Florence allows, as well, to know the creations of Rosa Genoni, promoter of Made in Italy, the tunics that Fortuny realized for Eleonora Duse, the clothes made by Franca Florio, or Maria Cumani, Susan Nevelson and Lietta Cavalli.
