Tasting menu in the Gourmet Restaurant Santa Elisabetta in Firenze
The Santa Elisabetta Restaurant in Florence is enriched with three tasting menus elaborated by chef Rocco De Santis.
Santa Elisabetta is a restaurant in the historical centre of Florence, in the exclusive location of the Byzantine Tower of Pagliazza. On the first floor of one of the oldest historical buildings in the city, you will discover an intimate and welcoming environment with just seven tables. Summer special: only for dinner outdoor tables in Piazza Santa Elisabetta.
The gourmet menus are available from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner from 7.30am to 10.30pm (except during food and wine events with special menus).
Tasting menu are available for lunch and for dinner.

The third menu is Chef Experience with 9 courses.
There are two tasting menus available only for lunch:
“History”: 3 courses for 89.00 euros per person, water and coffee included,
“Carte Blanche”: 3 courses at the Chef’s choice at 74 euros per person, water and coffee included.
The “History” tasting menu includes:
Smoked Amberjack, Bernese sauce, Lemon, Iced Watermelon broth
Cooked Bottoni pasta stuffed with Provola cheese
Chard and “inzimino” sauce
