Romantic restaurant in Florence for a special occasion: Santa Elisabetta 2 Michelin stars

The 2 Michelin Star Santa Elisabetta Restaurant is located on the first floor of the Byzantine Tower of Pagliazza, in an intimate and welcoming environment consisting of seven exclusive tables, overlooking Piazza Santa Elisabetta. It offers gourmet cuisine, with meat and fish dishes made by the brigade of Chef Rocco De Santis. An à la carte menu and three tasting menu proposals of 5, 7 or 9 courses are available, with the possibility of combining wine tours or wines selected directly from the wine list edited by the Restaurant Manager Alessandro Fè and the Sommelier Lorenzo Paoli.

Romantic restaurant in Florence by candlelight: Osteria Pagliazza

The Osteria Pagliazza is located on the ground floor of the homonym tower and partly, in summer, in the square in front of the hotel. It offers a menu of traditional Tuscan cuisine revisited in a modern way by the team of Chef Rocco De Santis and Sous Chef Fabio Silla.

It is a welcoming environment also used as a restaurant for guests of the Brunelleschi Hotel for relaxing lunches or dinners. Adjacent to the Osteria Pagliazza there is the Tower Bar, where you can enjoy an aperitif or a cocktail made by our Barman and accompanied, on request, by the finger food of Chef De Santis.

Osteria Pagliazza is temporarily closed. Reopening date to be defined.
