We invite you to an Aperitif in Florence. Every day, we’ll be waiting for you in the antique Byzantine Torre della Pagliazza.
Step into the welcoming atmosphere of the Tower Bar and let yourself be carried away by the elegant flavors of the aperitif inspired with a glass of Perrier-Jouët and chef’s finger foods.
This kind of champagne is characterized by a blend of mastery and art based on the body and depth of Pinot Nero and the fruity and rich style of Meunier.
Our 4-star hotel in Florence is a Maison Recommandée of Perrier-Jouët, which means we are part of a restricted group of locales where one can sip vintage champagne in an ambiance recalling the Belle Epoque.

Tasting wine in Florence
A perfect place for a great wine tasting in Florence is the Tower Bar at our 4-star Hotel Brunelleschi. Our sommelier will immediately bring you to discover the best red wines in pure and authentic tasty moments.
The sixty-minute tasting class can be followed by 2 up to 20 people. We’ll learn how to pair every wine to better exhalt all dishes from the trueTuscan tradition. Here following some 4-star proposals for an ideal walk through our autochthonous vines:
Chianti Classico Peppoli served with smoked breast of goose and salty meat,
Morellino di Scansano Capofalco with pappa al pomodoro (proper regional dish),
