It is with great joy that we announce that the Santa Elisabetta Restaurant of the Brunelleschi Hotel has received the second Michelin star in the 2021 Guide. We want to thank all our customers, the entire staff and the owners for having believed in us, especially in a hard year like this. One year after obtaining the first star, it was really a strong emotion to have obtained this second important recognition.
The award ceremony took place today, 25 November 2020, in streaming mode, in compliance with anti-covid health regulations.
Our Chef Rocco De Santis participated in live Skype at the award ceremony during which he was awarded the 2 Michelin Stars of the 2021 Guide.
Santa Elisabetta is the only 2-star Michelin restaurant in Florence Italy.
