Romantic dinner in the heart of the city
A romantic Valentine’s Day dinner in our historic city centre restaurant is an excellent opportunity to sample the innovative dishes of the young, talented chef, Rocco de Santis, in an atmosphere of undisputed charm, like the setting of the Hotel Brunelleschi. The Salone delle Feste which is opened specially for the Valentine’s Day dinner is, in fact, located above the area once occupied by the Church of San Michele in Palchetto, built in the Middle Ages. In such a prestigious setting, the excellent selection of wines proposed by the Maitre d’ Domenico Napolitano is not to be missed.
The Salone delle Feste is only available for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day or private events. Throughout the rest of the year, the two restaurants of the Hotel Brunelleschi, situated next to the Pagliazza Tower, are open.
– Santa Elisabetta Gourmet Restaurant, featured in the Michelin Guide, on the first floor of the Pagliazza Tower, open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday,
– Osteria della Pagliazza, a modern take on a tavern with an original reinterpretation of Tuscan cuisine, on the ground floor of the Pagliazza Tower, open every day for lunch and dinner.
