The Chef Rocco De Santis offers an extensive buffet menu that will be served at the Brunelleschi Hotel on January 1st 2026 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., in a historic setting located a few meters from the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio.
