Breakfast in our 4-star hotel is enriched with biological and kosher marmalades, sweets and homemade cakes and a variety of seeds and cereals. Moreover, an à la carte menu is also available, with porridge, pancakes and omelettes.
Coffee, cappuccino, teas, and herbal teas are made fresh upon request by the staff in the dining room.
To start the day in a healthy way, you will also find fresh seasonal fruit cut into small pieces and a corner with freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and extracts of ginger, carrots, fennel, celery, apple, pineapple, seasonal fruits and vegetables, fresh oranges and grapefruits. In addition to the buffet, you will find an à la carte breakfast with a selection of tasty dishes available for a fee and made fresh by our kitchen staff. They range from pancakes to French toasts with strawberries, from a selection of cured meats to cheeses, from waffles with hazelnut cream and whipped cream to porridge. To complete the menu, the ubiquitous eggs available in many versions: fried or boiled, scrambled or poached, Benedict, Florentine, omelets, only egg whites or with seasonal vegetables, ham, cheese, herbs, sausage, bacon, spinach, or mushrooms.
